When an electric current flows through the conducting solution, it causes a chemical reaction (or chemical change). Conduction of liquids depends on the ability of liquids to form ions. Some liquids such as oil or alcohol do not form ions and do not conduct electricity. The acetic acid separates into ions in water. So its solution conducts electricity. Most liquids that conduct electricity are solutions of acids, bases and salts. The passage of an electric current through a conducting liquid causes chemical reactions. The resulting effects are called chemical effects of currents.

The main reason for cooling is due to mass transfer. Water molecules diffuse from an area of high concentration ( the bucket) to an area of low concentration( ambient air).

Normally, baking powder is preferred to yeast for making cake. I wanted to make simple light cake with yeast (using bread machine), but I face a problem that is not addressed in recipes (at least, I was unable to find). Bread dough is much harder than cake, and yeast cannot rise such a soft dough.

Nutrition is defined as a process of intake of nutrients (like carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins and water) by an organism as well as the utilisation of these nutrients by the organism. Nutrition is necessary for an organism as it provides energy to them from the food they eat. There are mainly two modes of nutrition: autotrophic nutrition and heterotrophic nutrition.
i. Autotrophic nutrition is that mode of nutrition in which an organism makes its own food from the simple inorganic materials like carbon dioxide and water present in the surroundings (with the help of sunlight energy).
Example: Green plants obtain food by autotrophic nutrition.
ii. Heterotrophic nutrition is that mode of nutrition in which an organism cannot make its own food from simple inorganic materials like carbon dioxide and water, and depends on other organisms for its food.
Example: All animals obtain food by heterotrophic nutrition.

Hybridisation – It involves the crossing between genetically dissimilar plants to produce a new kind. Crossing may be between two different varieties (intervarietal cross - breeding) or between the two different species of the same genus (inter specific cross – breeding) and between different genera (intergeneric cross – breeding).

Biodegradable Waste
These kind of waste products are broken down by the action of micro-organisms like Bacteria. This kind of waste decay and Decompose naturally and become harmless after some time. Biodegradable Waste Examples are Cattle Dung, Tea leaves, Wood, Grass, Fruit & Vegetables, Paper, Animal Bones. These turn into compost after decaying and act as Natural Fertilizers. They do not normally Pollute the Environment, but if present in a large quantity, those that cannot be Decomposed can pollute the Environment.
Non-Biodegradable Waste
These substances or type of waste material, (non-poisonous and harmless substances)cannot be broken down into a simpler form, they cannot be decomposed. Non-Biodegradable waste examples are Plastics, Ball Point Pen Refill, Polythene Bags, Glass Objects, Aluminum Cans, Iron Nails, Foil paper, Radioactive waste, to name a few.

A granary is a storehouse or room in a barn for threshed grain or animal feed. Ancient or primitive granaries are most often made out of pottery. Granaries are often built above the ground to keep the stored food away from mice and other animals. Granaries should be kept dry in order to prevent the spoilage of the harvest. Because, microbes can grow in damp environment.
