Let the adjacent angles of the parallelogram be 2x and 3x.

We know that sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram is 180o.

⇒ 2x + 3x = 180o

⇒ 5x = 180o

⇒ x = 36o

Therefore, adjacent angles are 2 × 36o = 72o and 3 × 36o = 108o

We know that the opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal.

Thus, the angles of the parallelogram are 72o, 108o, 72o, 108o.

A quadrilateral is a parallelogram if

i)Its opposite sides are equal

ii) its opposite angles are equal

iii) diagonals bisect each other

iv) a pair of opposite sides is equal and parallel.

 v) The sum of the adjacent angles should be 180∘

=========================================================

Solution:

i)

if ∠D + ∠B = 180°, a quadrilateral ABCD may or may not be a parallelogram

but it should also fulfilled some conditions which are as:

The sum of the adjacent angles should be 180∘

Opposite angles must be of  equal length.

(ii) No, opposite sides should be of same length. Here, opposite sides are of different lengths. AD ≠ BC

(iii) No, opposite angles should be of same measures. Here opposite angles are of different measures. ∠A ≠ ∠C.

Let the digits at tens place and ones place: x and 9−x respectively.
∴ original number =10x+(9−x)
=9x+9
Now Interchange the digits: Digit at ones place and tens place: x and 9−x respectively.
∴ New number: 10(9−x)+x
=90−10x+x
=90−9x
AS per the question
New number = Original number +27
90−9x=9x+9+27
90−9x=9x+36
18x=54
x=54/18
x=3

Simultaneous equations: ab = 1575, and a/b = 9/7 So a = 1575/b, and we substitute that into the second expression and solve for b (1575/b) / b = (1575/b) 1/b = 1575/b^2 = 9/7 b^2 = 7/9(1575) = 1225 b = 35 Now substitute the value of b, 35 into the first equation 35a = 1575 a = 1575/35 = 45

The sum of the measures of the angles of a convex quadrilateral is 360° as a convex quadrilateral is made of two triangles.

Angle sum of a convex quadrilateral =(4–2)×180⁰=2×180⁰=360⁰=(4–2)×180⁰=2×180⁰=360⁰
Since, quadrilateral, which is not convex, i.e. concave has same number of sides i.e. 4 as a convex quadrilateral have, thus, a quadrilateral which not convex also hold this property. i.e. angle some of a concave quadrilateral is also equal to 360⁰
