    If there were no written rule as we have called the book of Indian constitution. ; then following effect can occur :- A) people will rule according to their wish as no written documents are there for rules B)country will be no longer a democratic country as everyone rule C)there will be more conflicts or fights btwn different groups of society as there is no written rules and limitations for anyone D)no unity in country and politicians will over excersise their power and can establish dictatorship over country... Hence a democratic country need a own written record of their rules or constitution to promote the welfare of the country. .. Hope it will help you to some extends. .;-)

    Cause it is very much hot during the summer months therefore it is better to wear clothes having lighter colour as it absorbs very little heat than darker clothes
