Farm Labourers: They are the ones who come from landless families and those families who cultivate small plots of land. They work for the owner of the land in the fields and produce crops. They are paid wages by the farmer and work for them. They are either landless farmers are small farmers who have very little land for cultivation.
Farmers: They are the people who grow crops in the land in a wide variation. They are engaged in agricultural activities and produce crops in some piece of land. They involve the process of growing different crops in different varieties and might have relatively larger landholdings. Farmer's land can be cultivated or by labours hired by them.

Differences between Parliamentary and Presidential forms of Government:
Parliamentary Form of Government | Presidential Form of Government |
In Parliamentary form of government, the parliament or central legislature is supreme. | In the Presidential form of government, the President is a real executive and he is the most powerful official of the country. |
The parliamentary system of the government is based on the principles of collective leadership. The Council of Ministers, having Prime Minister. Its head is responsible to the Parliament | President is the head of the state. Generally, he or she is elected directly, therefore, he is not responsible to the Congress or the Parliament in general. |
The head of the government is usually known as the Prime Minister. | President is also the head of the government. |
The Prime Minister is the leader of the majority party (or of the group of the several political parties). | The President is generally directly elected by the people. |
He is accountable to the legislature. | He is not accountable to the legislature. |
