Ration of radii is 4:5
So R1 = 4x and R2 = 5x
Ratio of circumference = 2 πR1/ 2πR2 = R1/R2 = 4x/5x = 4/5

The perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b) 100 = 2(35+b) 100 = 70 + 2b 2b = 100 - 70 2b = 30 b = 30÷2 b = 15 So, the breadth of rectangle is 15.

Rishi Raj 6 years, 11 months ago

Let the breath X 2x(L+B)-100 2x(35+X)-100 35+X -100/2 35+X - 50 X - 50-35 X - 15

Konkana Bhattacharjee 6 years, 11 months ago

The perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l+b) = 2(35+b) = 100 = 70 + 2b = 100 = 2b = 100 - 70 = 2b = 30 = b = 15 cm Therefore the length of the bredth of the rectangle is 15cm

Konkana Bhattacharjee 6 years, 11 months ago

The perimeter of a rectangle is = l × b The size of the bredth will be so B/C = 35 × x = 100 = 35x = 100 = x = 100 ÷ 35 = x = 2.857 Therefore the length of the bredth is 2.857 cm
