Reciprocal describes something that's the same on both sides. In math, a reciprocal is a number that when multiplied by a given number gives one as a product. The reciprocal of a number is 1 divided by that number. So, for example, the reciprocal of 3 is 1 divided by 3, which is 1/3. A reciprocal is also a number taken to the power of -1. The reciprocal of a reciprocal is the original number.
An integer is a whole number (not a fractional number) that can be positive, negative, or zero. Examples of integers are: -5, 1, 5, 8, 97, and 3,043. Examples of numbers that are not integers are: -1.43, 1 3/4, 3.14, . 09, and 5,643.1.
Integers come in three types:
- Zero.
- Positive Numbers(Natural) and.
- Negative Numbers(Negatives of Natural Numbers).

By given data the perimeter of the rectangle is 9 m
P = 2 ( L + B)
Given P = 9 m
L = 2 5/16 This means 2 + 5/16 or 37/16 m
So B = (P/2) - L
Plugging B = (9/2) -(37/16)
= (72 - 37) / 16 (after taking lcm as 16)
= 35/16 m
So B = 2 3/16 m
