Ant’s live together in peace and harmony. They do their own work and do not interface in the other’s work. They never fight with other ants of the same group. So their life is peaceful.

The Germans first wished Happy Christmas to the British soldiers. Then they asked to have a party at the no-man's-land with their schnapps and sausages. This was responded very nicely and positively by the Britishers. They agreed to it. They also talked about Bathsheba, Gabriel Oak, Sergeant Troy and Dorset. In this way the soldiers of both the armies become friends. They shared schnapps, sausages rum and Christmas cake in common. Besides this, they exchange carols at night and played a football match.
