Akbar asked Tansen to join his court because he was impressed with his singing.
Some of the other courtiers were jealous of Tansen because Akbar was fond of him and often gave him gifts.
Tansen was a talented musician. He came to the notice of Emperor Akbar. Tansen was honoured with a place in Akbar’s court. The jealous courtiers decided to ruin him. They demanded that Tansen should sing Raga Deepak. They knew that the Raga would bum him to ashes. However. Tansen accepted the challenge. He trained two girls to sing Raga Megh to bring rain and put out the fire. Tansen was thus saved wisely.

total Rs spend by her =27.75+18.10+8.25+30.42= 84.52

Herbivores

Examples for herbivores – Horse, cow, goat, buffalo, etc.
Carnivores

The Gram Sabha performs various tasks:
- It keeps control over the Gram Panchayat. It makes the Gram Panchayat play its role and be responsible.
- It is the place where all plans for the work of the Gram Panchayat are placed before the people.
- The Gram Sabha prevents the Panchayat from doing wrong things which may include misusing money or favoring certain people.
- It keeps an eye on the elected representative and in making them responsible to the persons who elected them.

The Panchayati Raj System is a process through which people participate in their own government. The Panchayati Raj System is the first tier or level of democratic government.
It has three levels.
- First is the village level or the Gram Panchayat.
- Second is the Block level, which is called the Janpad Panchayat or the Panchayat Samiti.
- Above the Panchayat Samiti is the District Panchayat or the Zila Parishad.
