Answer : The Tehsildar's office is where land disputes are heard.
Detailed explanation:
At the head is the District Collector and under her are the revenue officers, also known as tehsildars. They have to hear disputes. They also supervise the work of the Patwaris and ensure that records are properly kept and land revenue is collected. They make sure that the farmers can easily obtain a copy of their record, students can obtain their caste certificates etc. The Tehsildar's office is where land disputes are also heard.

Sum of two integers = 84
One of the integers = 44
Other integer = Sum of two integers − One of the integers
= 84 − 44
= 40
Hence, the other integer is 40.
or
Let the one number be x
Hence, Two numbers be x , 44
So,
x + 44 = 84
x = 84 - 44
⇒x = 40

Cloth for 1 trouser = 1m 30 cm = 130cm
Total cloth = 12m = 1200cm
No. of trouser
= total cloth/ cloth required for 1 trouser
= 1200/130
= 9.23
Therefore,
9 trousers can completely be made out of 12 m cloth
Ans: 9
Yogita Ingle 5 years, 1 month ago
Total length of cloth available =25m
=25 × 100cm = 2500cm
the length of cloth required to stitch a trouser =1m30cm
=100 + 30cm = 130cm
Total trouser can be stitch = 2500/130
Dividing 2500 by 130, we get quotient =19 and remainder =30
∴ The number of trousers that can be stitched =19
and the length of the remaining cloth = 30cm

let the number of mangoes , when third friend got up be x+1.
one mango he has given to the monkey.
therefore he has taken x/3 mangoes.
the remaining mangoes are 2x/3
2x/3 = 30
x = 30*3/2 = 45
thus the number of mangoes when 3rd friend got up is 45+1 = 46.
similarly let the number of mangoes when 2nd friend got up be y+1.
therefore
2y/3 = 46
y = 46*3/2 = 69
thus the number of mangoes when 2nd friend got up = 69+1 = 70
let the number of mangoes , when first friend got up be z+1 (i.e. the number of mangoes which they pluck initially)
2z/3 = 70
z = 70*3/2 = 105
therefore the total number of mangoes = 105+1 = 106

A pinhole camera is a simple camera, without lens, in the shape of a box. One of the sides has a small hole and it produces an inverted image of the outside world at other side.
- The box should be painted black from outside and inside for better clarity.
- The object whose image is to be seen should be in bright light.
- Smaller the hole, sharper the image.
- Temporary Black and White images are formed on the screen if a tracing paper is used. Permanent colored and b & w images can be obtained using photographic films instead of tracing paper.
- In the below diagram, two boxes are placed one inside the other. The image of the outer object is created inverted on the inner box translucent screen.

USA had resisted involvement in the war, it was unwilling to face another economic crisis after the war. But it could not stay out of the war for long. Japan was expanding its power in the east. It had occupied French Indo-China and was planning attacks on US naval bases in the Pacific. When Japan extended its support to Hitler and bombed the US base at Pearl Harbour, the US entered the Second World War. The war ended in May 1945 with Hitler’s defeat and the US dropping the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan.

Distributivity of multiplicatio
A ( B+ C) = AB + AC
2(4 + 3) = 2(4) + 2(3)
2(4 + 3) = 2(7) = 14
2(4) + 2(3) = 8 + 6 = 14
commutativity of addition
A + B = B + A = C.
For example, 4 + 3 = 7 = 3 + 4
