The Kautilya also called the Samudragupta help Chandragupta to form Maurya empire to control Magadha and making laws the Nanda Empire because he want to take from revenge from the last Nanda ruler called Mahananda and the Mahananda made insult of him that's why the Samudragupta want to take revenge and Chandragupta was the founder of Maurya Empire
