Buddha wanted to teach that sorrowing mother that birth and death both are the part of life.If someone takes birth then one day he or she will die too.To explain this to the poor and sorrowing mother ,Buddha said her to bring some seeds from one of the house in which no family member is dead yet. That poor mother searched all around but she couldn't get those seeds from any such kind of house. Finally she understood that his son won't get alive now because he is dead and every one is going to die one day.
