63 - (-3)( - 2 - (8 - 3)) ÷ 3 ( 5 + (-2)(-1))

= 63 - (-3)(- 2 - 5) ÷ 3 ( 5 + 2)

= 63 - (-3)(-7) ÷ 3 ( 7)

= 63 - (21) ÷ 21

= 63 - 21 ÷ 21

= 42 ÷ 21

= 2

13-(-65) IF there is a substraction sign outside the bracket so when the bracket open the signs inside the bracket will change if the sign is negative it converts to positive and if the sign is positive it converts to negative so 13-(-65)=13+65=78 so -78 is the answer
