63 - (-3)( - 2 - (8 - 3)) ÷ 3 ( 5 + (-2)(-1))
= 63 - (-3)(- 2 - 5) ÷ 3 ( 5 + 2)
= 63 - (-3)(-7) ÷ 3 ( 7)
= 63 - (21) ÷ 21
= 63 - 21 ÷ 21
= 42 ÷ 21
= 2
