Closure property:
For any two whole numbers a and b,their product ax b is always a whole number.
E.g. 12 x 7 = 84, 12, 7 and 84 all are whole numbers.

A prime number is a positive integer having exactly two factors. If p is a prime, then it’s only factors are necessarily 1 and p itself. Any number which does not follow this is termed as composite numbers which means that they can be factored into other positive integers.

To round off a number to the nearest 1000, check the hundredth digit of the number. Round off the number to the previous thousand if the hundredth digit is 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4. Round off the number to the next thousand if the thousandth digit is 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Examples: Consider the numbers 6567 and 6281. To round numbers to the nearest thousand, make the numbers whose last three digits are 001 through 499 into the next lower number that ends in 000. For example, 6424 rounded to the nearest thousand is 6000. Numbers that have the last three digits of 500 or more should be rounded up to the next even thousand.

To do equivalent fractions : Change the bottom using multiply or divide, And the same to the top must be applied

add the even numbers= 8+6+4=18
then add the even numbers=5+9+7+3=24
then subtract the sums= 24- 18= 6
if the answer is 0 or a multiple of 11 then your answer is divisible by 11 the answer is 6 therefore 58,69,473 is not divisible by `11

Distributive property of multiplication over Addition:
This property is used when we have to multiply a number by the sum.
For any three whole numbers a, band c a × (b + c) = a × b + a × c
In order to verify this property, we take any three whole numbers a, b and c and find the values of the expressions a × (b + c) and a × b + a × c as shown below:
Find 3 × (4 + 5).
In this case either you can add the numbers 4 and 5 and then multiply them by 3
3 × (4 + 5) = 3 × 9 = 27
