Lizards are cold blooded animals that hibernate in winter.
Being a cold blooded animal, they do not have internal heat regulation capabilities and thus they cannot bear the winter climate.
They go for long sleep or hibernation at their shelter and can mainly be seen in the summer seasons

Yes mosquitoes can bite us in the dark.
They don’t have to see you to find you and then bite you.
Even one of these following factors meet they can reach you easily-
1.They can sense body heat.
2. When you exhale carbon dioxide they can sense some warm-blooded creature is there.
3. The odor of our body also attracts them to us.

There are some tribal communities who use animals as a means of their livelihood. We have seen snake charmers. They make the snakes dance to the tune of their long gourd flute (bin). The practice of catching snakes and training them to perform has traditionally been passed from father to son. For generations, it has provided an important means of support to the families of these communities. Similarly, bears and monkeys are trained by the 'Madaris' for dancing and showing acrobatics at the instruction of their master. Mahouts are the people who drive elephants and train them. They use chains and hooks (ankush) etc to handle and train them. They give elephant rides to people and earn a small amount of money. Circus people are very much dependent on animals for running their show. Animals such as elephants, monkeys, bears are trained to perform and entertain people in the circus.
It is not wrong to use animals to earn a living but one should be very careful towards not making them overwork, giving them enough rest food, clean drinking water, and keeping them in tidy shelters.

Snakes have no visible ear, so they don't hear sounds as we do.They have vestiges of the apparatus for hearing inside their heads, and that setup is attached to their jaw bones, so they feel vibrations very well and may hear low-frequency airborne sounds.
