Do not rub your eyes, apply cold water on your eyes of any dust particles has enter in your eyes. Keep distance of 25cm between your eyes and book. Do not see at bright light directly. Too bright light or too dim light is not good for your eyes. Do not see at laser light as it harms our retina.

Too little and too much light is bad for eyes too much light like that of the Sun a powerful lamp in the laser toys can injured the retina. Never rub your eyes. If particles of dust go into your eyes,wash your eyes with clean water. If there is no improvement go to a doctor.
