RIGHT AGAINST EXPLOITATION * The Constitution prohibits human trafficking, forced labour under 14 yrs old. 4. RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF RELI- GION * Every person has te right to Practice, profes and propagate the religion of their choice. 5. CULTURAL AND EDUCATION RIGHT * The Constitution state that all minorities, religious or linguistic, can setup their own educational institutions in order to preserve and develop their own culture. 6. RIGHT TO CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDIES *This allow citizens to move the court if their any fundamental rights violated.
