1. RiGHT TO EQUALITY * all pesons are equal before the law. This means that all persons shall be protected by the laws of country. * It also that no person can be discriminate against on the basis of their religion, gender etc * Every person had acces to all public places. 2. RIGHT TO FREEDOM * The right to practice any profession, occuption Or business * The right to move freely in any part of the country. 3. RIGHT AGAINST EXPLOITATION * The Constitution prohibits human trafficking, forced labour under 14 yrs old. 4. RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF RELI- GION * Every person has te right to Practice, profes and propagate the religion of their choice. 5. CULTURAL AND EDUCATION RIGHT * The Constitution state that all minorities, religious or linguistic, can setup their own educational institutions in order to preserve and develop their own culture. 6. RIGHT TO CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDIES *This allow citizens to move the court if their any fundamental rights violated.
