Adverb is a word which describes the verb and they are usually placed after the verb.
Eg/- She speaks elegantly.
Ramu writes neatly.
In the above examples...
The verbs speak and write are actions and describes how they speak and how they write....
So elegantly and neatly are the adverbs.
