The sound in the environment which are pleasant to our ears is known as music and the same which is unpleasant to our ears is called noise. Yes sometimes the sound which is music to someone can be noise to the others

If sound goes above 120 Hz is called noise whereas below 120 Hz is called music .yes when it's volume above 120 Hz means music can converted as noise
