152-B,New Colony Gurgaon 15 th March, 20xx The Post Master New Colony Post Office Gurgaon Sub: Delay in the delivery of gift I wish to bring to your notice that I have not so far received the gift parcel sent by my friend in the U.K. Over a month has passed from the date of despatch. No body gives me the correct position. Either the parcel has been lost in transit or not reached me due to the negligence of the postal department. Kindly look into the matter personally and ease my tension. Thanking you Yours sincerely Suman
