As the bulb started glowing and it has glowed then it's a conductor of electricity which has allow the current to flow

Yes, the given object is a conductor, as it allows the electric current to pass through it and causes the bulb of the tester to glow. Current flows through objects which are good conductors of electricity. When the two ends of a conduction tester are touched with an object, then the bulb will start glowing.
