you can short the data of a table according to a particular field in ascending or descending order. Many times you may require sorted information for various tasks follow these steps to short the data of a table: 1-Open the table in which you want to sort the data. 2- Select the field that you want to short .3 - Click dropdown Arrow of the field .This dropdown Arrow is located at the upper side of the field. The menu appear with related option .4 - Select Sort A to Z or Sort Z to A option according to the requirement . After sorting data base will be seen in ascending or descending order as choosen .
