A desert is any large and dry area mostly dominated by sand or rocks, that receives little rainfall, and have unfavorable conditions for crops and agriculture, and poses harsh living conditions for human-beings.
Along with our India, the largest desert in the world is found in Africa which is very hot. Few people live in this big desert of the world and the people who live here use camels to carry their goods from one place to another to live their life.
The warm desert is found in Africa as well as in Arabia and Syria, due to less rainfall there is a shortage of water here. Due to the sand in the desert, the crop is not nearly grown there as there is a lack of water. There are no birds here as there are no trees here, due to lack of water here, people live their lives by bringing water from another place through camel.
Along with the hot desert, the cold desert is also found here, snow is found around the sand, due to which the area here is cold and the weather here remains cool. People here wear warm clothes to live their lives and spend their lives by burning wood in their homes. There are cold desert locations such as Antarctica, Arctic, Greenland, the deserts are always cold.

A desert is an area of land which has very little or no rainfall. Many deserts are hot places, bare and rocky or sometimes covered with sand. There are also cold deserts, such as the Gobi in Asia, where winters are bitterly cold. In hot deserts, temperatures can soar to over 50°C (120°F) during the day.
