Hair growth on the face in the form of beard and moustache

The growth of his testicles

Heavier musculature

Adam's apple development

Larynx becomes larger results in a deeper voice

Some of the changes appear in females are:

Development of breast

Lighter musculature

Shrill and a higher pitch voice

Broadening of hips due to fat deposition
