It cannot be separated through distillation.there are two processes which be done to separate sugar from tea first is filtration as Yash Kumar said second is evaporation milk will convert into vapor and sugar will be as its. separation of sugar from tea can be done with the distillation because distillation is a process of removing the the two mixed liquid which is means dissolved liquid from me so separation of sugar from tea can be done with the filtration is the wrong distillation is the right process to be separate the sugar from the tea.
