Pulses (pea, gram and soybean, etc.): are source of proteins. Vegetables and fruits: provide us vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.
