computer is described as an electronic device because; it is made up of electronic components and uses electric energy (such as electricity) to operate. The full definition of a computer is. A computer is a machine(electronic device) that can be programmed to accept data (input), process it into useful information (output), and store it away (in a secondary storage device) for safekeeping or later reuse. Then binary numbers are commonly used in digital and computer circuits and are represented by either a logic “0” or a logic “1”. Binary numbering systems are best suited to the digital signal coding of binary, as it uses only two digits, one and zero, to form different figures.
