Democracy All citizens are directly or indirectly involved in decision making through a voting process. Every citizen has power to choose their representative. Every decision has to be in line with the needs of people. While the majority rule every citizen has rights. (I hope this is helpful.)

Monarchy A monarchy makes decisions the country. Power is passed on to the children of monarchy. The monarchy dose not have to explain his/ her decisions to the people.

Monarchy - 1. The kings and the queens rule the country. 2. They make laws for the government. 3. They aren't answerable. Democracy - 1. They can elect their representatives. 2. They make laws for the country. 3. They are answerable.
