How is full moon day different from new moon day
  • 1 answers

Yogita Ingle 5 years ago

The New moon day is the day when the moon comes in between the Sun and the earth, Hence the moon is invisible from the earth. Because the sun rays falls towards the earth is fully blocked by the moon. Thus the face of the moon towards the sun is only lighted. This phenomenon is also called Lunar eclipse.

The full moon day is the day when the earth comes in between the Sun and the moon, Hence the face of the moon that faces towards the earth is only lighted. This phenomenon is also called Solar eclipse.
