    Blood pressure inside our body is equal with atmospheric pressure ,which maintains it and the net force becomes zero and we are unable to feel such pressure,when we are at ordinary place ,after reaching at higher places atmospheric pressure decreases , that's why the pressure is not same with outside and the blood came out through our nose.

    Its because of less oxygen as our nose need oxygen and a bit oxygen is gone through it

    Nosebleeds can be caused by being up in a very high altitude. As you climb higher, the amount of oxygen in the air decreases. This makes the air thinner and dryer, which can in turn cause the inside of your nose to crack and bleed.
