1. Take some seeds and soak it in water and leave it aside for a day. 2. Then take the seed and drain it the water and tie it in a cloth and leave it aside for a day again. 3. Now you take the soaked seed and look carefully if you can see a tiny white root like structure in the seed then it is sprouted. 3. If it is not sprouted leave it again for the next day, do this process until you get the seed sprouted. * Hope it helped you *

When we would open the wrap, we will find that tiny white structures have grown out of seeds. Such seeds are said to be sprouted. When the seeds begin to grow (or germinate) by tiny roots, they are called sprouts, and the process is called sprouting (ankuran). The sprouts contain more of vitamins A, B and C and make healthy snacks.
