Given 3 candidates are participating in elections,
votes 1st candidate got = 687905
votes 2nd candidate got = 495086
votes 3rd candidate got = 93756
therefore, total number of votes = 1,276,747
out of those , 13849 are invalid
so , valid votes are 1,276,747 - 13846 = =1,262,901
Number of people did not vote = total persons - valid votes
25467 = total persons - 1262901
total persons = 25467 + 1262901 = =1,288,368
