Yeast help in industry by fallowing way Yeast help in baking of cakes ,pastries, cheese etc snd they also help in formation of dosa and idli batter by making vacume and tbey grow bubbles in that . They also help in formation of alcholcal , wine ,acetic acid .lactic acid ,vinegar etc

Yeast is used in bakeries in large scale as it fermented rapidly realised carbon dioxide and ethone during anaerobic respiration. And at last it's bubbles of gas seen and increase it volume Hope it's help you

There is a big role of yeast in baking industry -during respiration yeast produces rapidly carbon dioxide.The bubbles of gas fill the dough and increase its volume .
