In democratic countries of the world unjust laws are opposed by opposition and people very strongly. There are protests on large scale starting from parliament and if that not work protests are carried out on by masses.
Unions also play key role against unjust laws within organizations. Strikes and hunger strikes are the forms of protests carried by prominent leaders of the world. These protests can result into civil disobedience and civil war.
