Fabric is a cloth material made by weaving or knitting threads together. Fibers are flexible and may be spun into yarn and made into fabrics. Fibers naturally occur in both plants and animals. More than half of the fibers produced are natural fibers. Natural fibers include cotton, hair, fur, silk, and wool. Natural fabrics are Cotton, wool, silk, linen, and jute, etc. Synthetic or man-made fabrics are Nylon, Polyester, Spandex, Rayon, and Polypropylene, etc. Blended fabrics: Polyester cotton, cotton, and wool, Cotton spandex, etc. Methods of producing fabrics Knitting, weaving, etc. Fibers that are soluble, viscous and fermentable seem to be the healthiest, by far. Resistant starches are also incredibly healthy. Good sources of healthy fibers include vegetables, fruits, oats, legumes, nuts, dark chocolate, avocados, chia seeds and various other foods.
