1.Seeds ahould be of good quality and resistant to disease 2.It should be sown at proper depth If to deep the plants will not respire and its should would not be able to push through If on the surface it would be eaten up by birds. 3.Plants need water to grow Therefore, the soil should have enough water. 4.seeds should be sown at a proper distance Of to close they will not get enough water, sunlight and nutrients If too far there is a wastage of field space.

1)The seeds should be sown at right depth in the soil.
2)The seeds should be sown at right interval or spacing.
3)The seeds should not be sown in a dry soil.
4)The seeds should not be sown in a highly wet soil.
