RICE, it is a kharif crop.which are sown in summers. Rice is also sown in summer and not in winters because winter seasons are unable to fulfil its requirements like adequate sunlight, and enough water.
When rice crop is sown it need adequate sunlight and water which human capital found unable to do so as it needs lots of money. Thats why farmers in india are mostly dependent on the seasons.
