Fair trial means impartial trial where the rules and justice prevails. t means taking account all the aspects of a case and considering the situation in details to arrive at the decision. It means giving the accused and the prosecution equal opportunity to put forth their case without ant prejudice or favors. The judgment given in case of fair trials also needs to be done without undue delay. As we know justice delayed is justice denied.
