1.Lifting indians out of poverty and setting up a modern and techniqual base were the main objectives of the new commission. 2.A broed aggrement on "Mixed Economy Model". 3.In mixed economy both the state and the private sector would play important role. 4.These roles were,industries should be initiated by the state and to achieve a balance between different regions and state. 5.Roles of state and private sector were defined by planning commisson to make 5 year plan.
