1. We should eat high calcium foods as calcium is the most important mineral for bone health, and it's the main mineral found in your bones.

3. Omega-3 fatty acids are well known for their anti-inflammatory effects. So, we should consume food rich in Omega- 3 fatty acids that protect against bone loss during the aging process.
4. Proteins are needed for the growth and repair of our body and helps in building strong bones.
