Frequency means no. Of oscillations per sec. Hence here No.of oscillation=40 Time=4s No.of oscillations÷time =40÷4=10hz as it is the unit of frequency Time period means time taken to complete one oscillation =Time÷no.of oscillation =4÷40=0.1s
