Electrolytes
It is an ionic compound which in the fused state or in aqueous solution allows the passage of an electric current and is decomposed by it.
Examples of electrolytes
Acids – H2SO4, HNO3, HCl, H3PO4
Bases – NaOH, KOH, NH4OH, Ca (OH) 2
Salts – NaCl, CuSO4 , PbBr2
