There are three levels of court in our country Lower court High Court and Supreme Court at the top Supreme Court which is located in Delhi and all the states have a high court we cannot appeal directly on High Court or Supreme Court without going lower court we can appeal through PIL public interest litigation individual or support on behalf of those whose rights are being violated
