    In the normal cases extinguiser use water to control the fire. In cases of electical factories and fuel factories they not use water because, water is good conductor of electricity. and water heavy then fuel.so, fuel come up than water fire was continue. In fuel cases and electrical cases they use CO2 which conver the fire and cut off the oxygen.so, fire was extinguish
