Nucleus is a spherical structure present in centre of the cell and is surrounded by the cytoplasm . Generally only one nucleus is present in cell but in some cases ,more than one nucleus may be present .

Cytoplasm is a jelly like substance that makes up most of the inside of the cell .A no. of tiny components called cell organelles are present in the cytoplasm. All the chemical reactions and functions of life takes place in cytoplasm.
