Here we have to apply , Test of Divisibility of 11

sum of digits at odd places from left =( 9 + x + 8 ) = 17 + x
sum of digits at even places from left = (2 + 3 + 9 ) = 14
applying test of divisibility 11 , difference in ( sum of digits at odd places ) and (sum of digits at even places) either equal to 11 or 0(Zero)
(17 + x ) - 14
17 + x -14
x =( 3 or 8 ) for difference is positive
we will take 8
so 928389 will satisfy the equation
