1) Vast country like India cannot be run only through only from central and state government.
2) They may not know about that what is going in a district , village or city.
3)Many of the states in our country i.e. India are very diverse from each other.
Because of the following reasons we want A Third Tier in country which is Panchayat in village and Municipality in cities.
