1) A force can move a stationary object
Ex-The force of engine makes a stationery car to move.
2) A force can stop a moving object.
Ex-The force of brakes can stop a moving car.
3) A force can change the speed of a moving object.
Ex-When a hockey player hits a moving ball, the speed of ball increases.
