(i) Hindus are divided in Vaishnav (followers of Lord Vishnu) and Shaiv (worshipers of Lord Shiva).
(ii) Muslims are divided into Shiyas and Sunnis.
(iii) Buddhists are divided into Mahayan and Hinyan.
