Individual Sports: You or sometimes your manager have your own purpose and goals to have and improve on such as working on their own sports skills, mental skills etc. Individual accountability. You are responsible for your own performances, outcome, challenges, roles, responsibilities and tasks. Team Sports: A team have its own focused team goals and purpose to have shared by the team captain/ leader by the end of the season or day etc. (depending on short or long term goals) Individual and mutual accountability. Whole team is responsible for the performances, outcome, challenges, roles, responsibilities and tasks. (Such as defining the individuals roles, responsibilities and task and helping each other to achieve the main goal.) Example: Discussing problems and form a plan as a team because the outcome and challenges are the same and shared as a team.
