Team Sports: A team have its own focused team goals and purpose to have shared by the team captain/ leader by the end of the season or day etc. (depending on short or long term goals) Individual and mutual accountability. Whole team is responsible for the performances, outcome, challenges, roles, responsibilities and tasks. (Such as defining the individuals roles, responsibilities and task and helping each other to achieve the main goal.) Example: Discussing problems and form a plan as a team because the outcome and challenges are the same and shared as a team.
